What should I do if my virtual hand in VR view looks upside down?

Firstly, make sure the the RealControl marker is facing the right direction. Secondly, if it’s still upside down, go to Options at Main Menu and click “Flip Camera.”

What should I do if the app crashes?

It might be caused by the following reasons:

• Too many applications running at the same time – Please check whether you have too many apps running in the background, close them to free the phone memory and and launch the app again.
• Phone in low battery status – The app’s performance will be greatly affected if your phone is at low battery power. Please make sure the phone has enough power before playing.
• Phone overheating – It takes a certain amount of resources of your device to run VR apps, if you keep it running for too long, the overheating of device will affect the app’s performance and may cause danger while usage. Please close the app and use it after the device cools down.

Can I use other Virtual Reality headsets?

Our RealControl and apps work with most VR headsets using a mobile device.

Why can’t I see my hand’s movement?

First, please assemble a RealControl, you can find instructions at our starter page.

Second, check whether your VR viewer is blocking your phone’s camera; remove the blocking area so the camera can track the RealControl marker correctly. For example, for Cardboard 2.0 the front cardboard piece will block the back of the phone entirely, please make sure to trim a window for the camera to see through the viewer.
